When a piano lies in poor conditions and presents considerable technical problems it often requires technical interventions both for the internal and external part.

ZANTA Pianoforti is specialized in repairing and restoring pianos: we are able to perform any kind of operation such as the replacement of all the strings, the soundboard or the wrest plank, and other complex interventions that require expert hands in order to be carried out in the best way.

Other important interventions that we usually perform on the pianos of our customers include the reconstruction of the whole mechanical block and the replacement of the stands, the hammers or the stylets. We also completely or partially rebuild keyboards, which usually show up cracks and imperfections that can reduce the accuracy on old grand pianos.

In our 300 m² restoration laboratory each operation in performed by paying great respect and care towards the piano, using original pieces whenever possible and traditional techniques.
